1. Right click to file, folder, etc.
2. Move to WinRar.
3. Add to "file name"
1. Choose archive folder, *.zip or *.archive, both are good, but *.rar is more relevant and have some advanced features.
2. Choose compression method, from "store" to "best" the best compression method you'll choose, the smaller output file size will be. Note that on slow PC's that can take some time.
3. If you need to split files into some, for example you have 1gb file and you'd like to split it to 100mb files. Write 102400000, file size in bytes. If you don't need to split file, just leave it empty.
4. Note that "put recovery record" and "test archived files" those feauters will secure file and give it advanced function to repair file if it was damaged.
5. Click OK and wait some time, depending from file size, settings and your PC configuration.
